Güçlü Demirci, a graduate of Ankara University, was born in 1965 and has built a versatile career across public and private sectors. He has held key positions such as Consultant and Board Member at ODİM, News Director at Yenisey News Agency, Deputy Accounting Manager at Yüksel Construction in Saudi Arabia, Advisor at the Turkish Prime Ministry, and Coordinator at TİKA.

He also served in executive roles at Acarlar (Qatar), Arma Elektropanç (Dubai), HDS, and as Country Director for Çalık Enerji in Iraq. In 2020, he founded AYGNC Inc. and its group of companies. He is married with one child.
